Swimming Hole

When people go swimming they usually go to a swimming pool. However, there are a lot of people who have enjoyed swimming in a swimming hole that is special to them. There are not many of them around anymore because the times have changed.

In the old days there were are lot more swimming holes around that kids could play in with their friends all day. You don’t usually hear the term swimming hole anymore because of all of the changes that have been made in the world.

Talk to someone that you know and ask them about this. They may just be able to tell you where the best swimming holes are. Then you can go to them and enjoy swimming there with your friends or family.

The best swimming hole is one where not a lot of people know about it. This will then mean that it will never be crowded. There is nothing more annoying than trying to swim somewhere that you are always bumping into someone else every time you turn around. You want to be able to swim where you can have the room to move around and actually swim.

Kids don’t usually mind how crowded a swimming hole is but adults do. Kids can adapt to their surroundings better than adults so they can definitely have fun no matter where they are swimming.

When you find someone who has a swimming hole that they like they may not tell you about it. By not telling anyone they can keep it their secret swimming hole so that it doesn’t get overcrowded. This is not unusual for people who like to be mainly by themselves when they swim.

No matter where you like to swim you might want to ask some older members of your family about their favorite swimming holes. You might be surprised by what they tell you. They will have all kinds of happy memories from their childhood. When you actually take the time to listen to them you will be surprised at how much they are like you are as a youngster.

People who are older were at one time kids themselves. They probably liked to swim too. Talk to them and really listen to what they say. You will end up enjoying their stories more than you think you would. Don’t assume that they had no fun when they were young. You will be surprised at what you hear when you ask them about their best swimming hole.
